Emergency service
No heat in winter, no cooling in a heat wave, gas smell, or carbon monoxide alarm? Call (226) 242-1942 directly — leave a clear message if you reach voicemail. We prioritize life-safety calls.
Suspected gas leak? Leave the building first, then call your gas utility's emergency line. Call us afterward.
Service area
Oxford, Brant, Norfolk, and Elgin Counties. If you're outside these counties, call us — we can sometimes accommodate or refer you to a trusted colleague.
Common questions
How do I book? Use the online booking form or call us. Same-day appointments are often available.
How much does a service call cost? A diagnostic visit is $99. If we repair it the same visit, that drops to $49. If it needs a return visit or a parts order, it stays at $99. You get a firm quote for the repair itself before any work starts — no surprises.
How do I pay? E-Transfer (preferred, no fee), credit card (3% processing fee added), cheque, or cash. See our terms of service for details.
What about warranty? Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1-10 years depending on equipment). Our labour is warranted for 30 days from the service date.
